IT security management system (ISMS)

Deutsche Leasing operates an IT security management system in accordance with the ‘secure IT operations’ framework (SITB) from the SIZ GmbH in Bonn. This framework is based on the internationally acknowledged standard ISO 27001 from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in Geneva and the German ‘IT basic protection’ standard set by the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) in Bonn. Other regulatory requirements and industry standards have been incorporated into the SITB framework. Deutsche Leasing has carried out its IT operations in line with the SITB since 2005.
